Sealed Linear Scale

Sealed linear encoders are perfect for machine tools operations. Scale is secured with covering of aluminum and elastic sealing lips, guide way and scanning carriage from chips, dust and water. The scanning carriage movements are very low in friction within the scale. This sealed linear encoder is attached to the outside mounting block by a coupling that compensates necessary misalignment among the machine guide ways and sealed linear encoder.
Sealed linear encoders are available in thin line scale housing for narrow space up to 2040 mm measuring length and also in full size scale housings for very high confrontation to vibration up to 30 mm measuring length.
